Contraindications for Microcurrent - Do Not Use electrical stimulation, including microcurrent, if there is the presence of a cardiac pacemaker or other implanted stimulation device.

Do Not Place Electrode Pads:

• Over or within 2" (5 cm.) of the heart;
• Along the sides and bottom (phrenic nerve) of throat;
• Near any malignancy.
• Over the carotid sinus;
• Over the laryngeal musculature;
• Over topical substances containing metal ions (Ex. povidone-iodine and mercurochrome) unless thoroughly cleaned;
• Over osteomyelitis

Defective Product

If you have a defective kit component or individual product and are seeking a replacement, contact us per above. We will forward a prepaid shipping label to return the product with and cover outbound expedited shipping to get the replacement back to you.

If you seek a refund vs. a replacement product we will process the refund instead of sending return label.
